Future of type – Call for entries

Contribute to the future of type

X-dimensional letters thrown up in the space, digital messages, interactive, global unity – or  completely different, who knows?

Searching for answers to this questions, students from the University of Applied Sciences Düsseldorf, department of design, invite designers, artist and other students to send us their own perception of the “Future of Type”.

Submitted works will be presented in an exhibition during the magazines launch of Swiss Typographic Magazine “Typografische Monatsblätter”. Future of Type is the main topic of this edition, which is getting created by the students, led by Tino Grass.

Philippe Apeloig, Uwe Loesch, Milton Glaser, Stefan Sagmeister, Andreas Uebele, Lawrence Weiner and other international artists, designers and typographers are part of this edition.
